Books of Wonder is pleased to announce that on Sunday, September 26th,
we will be hosting four wonderful authors of
fantasy and adventure for teens and tweens.
CATHERINE JINKS will present
Genius Wars, the conclusion to her brilliant Genius Trilogy.
When a friend of Cadel -- a young genius of
extraordinary ability -- is attacked, Cadel
finds himself drawn back into the criminal
underworld where he comes face-to-face once
again with his ruthless father. GITTY
DANESHVARI
will share
School of Fear: Class Is Not Dismissed!, the second book in her School of Fear series, which
finds Madeleine, Theo, Lulu, and Garrison
returning to school for a summer session for
overcoming their phobias -- only this time,
there is a new student and things get even
scarier.
JONATHAN MABERRY
will introduce
Rot & Ruin, the story of Benny, a teen living in zombie-infested,
post-apocalyptic America who takes up the family
business of zombie bounty hunting.
MATT MYKLUSCH
will astonish us with
Jack Blank and the Imagine
Nation,
his new novel about Jack Blank, a boy living a
bleak life in an orphanage until one day he
fights off a real-life robo-zombie and then is
swept away to a hidden, super-powered world --
an incredible place that he learns is his true
home. Starting at 1pm, these four authors will
read from their new works, answer questions from
the audience, and sign all of their books. Ages
9-15. 1-3pm.
