on Tuesday evening,
August 25th, from 6-8pm,
for a dual publication party
for their just released new novels.
DAVID
LEVITHAN (author of
Nick & Nora’s Inifinite Playlist
and Boy Meets Boy) will
introduce
Love is
the Higher Law, a
powerful story of three teens whose
lives intertwine in the wake of 9/11
as they struggle to contact loved
ones.
DAN
POBLOCKI will present his
debut novel,
The
Stone Child, a
riveting thriller about bookworm
Eddie Fennicks who, upon moving to
the small town where his favorite
author lived before disappearing,
discovers that the frightening
creatures from the author’s books
have come to life and it’s up to
Eddie to figure out how to stop them
before they hurt his friends and
family. Beginning at 6pm, the
authors will introduce their new
titles, take questions from the
audience, and then sign copies of
their books. Ages 10 and up. 6-8pm.
The Diary of a Wimpy Kid Ice Cream
Truck will be parked
right out front of our store,
dispensing free treats to whoever
comes by! From 4-6pm.
