Books of Wonder is very pleased to announce that on Sunday, May 23^rd, from 4-6pm, coauthors MAC BARNETT & ELI HOROWITZ as well as illustrator SCOTT TEPLIN will be on hand to introduce their collaborative mystery, The Clock without a Face. This fascinating book is part mystery, part treasure hunt, for readers who solve the cunning clues in the book will find they have the clues to discovering real jeweled treasures that have been buried somewhere in the USA! The collaborators will give an interactive presentation in which MAC BARNETT & ELI HOROWITZ will play treasure hunters who need the audiences help to solve some tricky puzzles! Pulling together artifacts, images, and other sorts of clues, the treasure seekers will hopefully get all in attendance ready to solve the mysteries that wait within the covers of The Clock without a Face. In addition to the presentation, hunt-cards will be handed out as give-aways in order to keep track of which jewel is found, when it’s found, and where. Beginning at 4pm, MAC BARNETT, ELI HOROWITZ, and SCOTT TEPLIN will introduce there title, engage us with a fun, interactive presentation, give away prizes, and then sign copies of all their books. Ages 5-10. 4-6pm.
