Come meet 7 of today’s most creative picture book authors and artists as they present their new books for spring on Saturday, April 10th. On hand will be husband-and-wife artist-and-author team,KATE & JIM McMULLIN, who will introduce us to I’m Bad! – an up-close and personal look at a very fierce dinosaur!; New Yorker cover artist ROSS MACDONALD, illustrator of Bye-bye Crib – a tale of a young boy trying decide if he’s ready to make the big leap from crib to his very own bed; best-selling author of hilarious tales, MARGIE PALATINI, as she shares with us Gorgonzola: A Very Stinkysaurus – a story about a dinosaur known for the fierceness of his… smell!; author-and-artist JAMES KACZMAN, who will present Lucky Monkey, Unlucky Monkey – a story about two very similar monkeys who have two very different days; and author KAREN ROSTOKER-GRUBER and artist VINCENT NGUYEN, creators of Bandit, the adventures of a cat on the move. At noon, each author and artist will give a brief presentation or reading from their book, after which they will all answer questions from the audience, and then sign copies of all their wonderful books! Great for ages 3 – 7. 12-2pm
