is pleased to announce that we will be hosting a
publication party for Mexican artist
REY DAVID ROJAS’s
new collaborative effort,
WOW! New York City
on Monday, April 12th, from 6-8pm.
This great picture book provides a vibrant,
visually electrifying tour of one of the world’s
most energetic cities! Such highlights along the
tour of the Big Apple include the Empire State
building, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Statue of
Liberty, and many more famous sights!
REY DAVID ROJAS’s
impressive, distinct artwork is created
primarily by manipulating cooper wires with
pliers, a hammer, a welding gun, and by hand.
Beginning at 6pm,
REY DAVID ROJAS
will introduce his newest title, take questions
from the audience, and then sign copies of his
wonderful new book. We are proud to have this
event sponsored by the
Mexican
Cultural
Institute. Ages 4-8. 6-8pm.
